Faux Panels
- Return Period: Faux panels can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Return Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, in unused and perfect condition.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all faux panel returns.
- Return Authorization: All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain a RAN, contact us at 866-771-2345 or email support@tritanbp.com.
Faux Beams and Faux Fireplace Mantels
- Non-Returnable: All faux beams and faux fireplace mantels are considered custom-made and are not eligible for return.
