Tritan BP Warranty
25-Year Limited Product Warranty
Tritan BP stands behind the quality of its products with a limited warranty designed to protect against qualifying manufacturing defects, while clearly outlining proper use, installation requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Limited warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.
Covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the exclusions and limitations below.
Labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, freight, and consequential damages are not covered.
What This Warranty Covers
Tritan BP warrants to the original purchaser that qualifying Tritan BP products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
Covered defects may include product failures that Tritan BP determines were caused by a manufacturing defect present at the time of purchase.
Products must be installed according to Tritan BP installation instructions, over a suitable surface, using appropriate adhesives, fasteners, sealants, and methods.
Tritan BP products are decorative products only. They are not structural, load-bearing, or intended to replace code-required building materials.
Normal variation in color, texture, finish, and appearance is expected and is not considered a defect.

Outdoor Use, Fading & Maintenance
Products used outdoors are exposed to sunlight, weather, temperature changes, moisture, and environmental conditions. Some fading and weathering is normal and expected.
To help reduce normal fading and preserve appearance, Tritan BP recommends applying a compatible light UV-protective topcoat every 3 to 5 years, depending on exposure. Always test any coating on a small, hidden area first and allow sufficient time to evaluate compatibility and appearance before applying broadly. Use of unapproved coatings, paints, chemicals, or finishes may void this warranty.
Fire-Rated Products & Heat Limitations
Some Tritan BP products may be available in fire-rated materials. Fire rating does not mean a product is fireproof, non-combustible, or suitable for direct flame exposure.
Tritan BP products are decorative building products and should not be installed in direct contact with open flame or surfaces exceeding product temperature limitations.
The purchaser and installer are responsible for confirming that the product, installation location, and application comply with all applicable building codes, fire codes, clearance requirements, and safety standards.
