## Fire rating — quote this exactly

Class A fire rated to ASTM E84:

- Stick-A-Stone and the Stick-A-Stone starter strip, in every color
- Lightning Ridge in Nature's Spirit, Gray Fox, Moonlight Gray and Cappuccino
- Earth's Valley and Canyon's Edge in Nature's Spirit and Gray Fox
- The Universal outside corner, Universal ledge trim and outlet covers in those same colors

No other range or color carries a fire rating claim. That includes every concrete panel, every
brick range, the beams and mantels, the caulking and the touch-up kit. Class A is not available
as a paid upgrade on other ranges — please do not tell anyone that it is.

Fire rated is not fireproof. These are decorative products, not classified as non-combustible.
Do not present them as suitable where non-combustible materials are required.

## Lead times

- In-stock panels and accessories: leave the Fort Lauderdale warehouse in 2–3 business days.
- Samples: same day if ordered before 11:30 AM ET.
- Concrete panels (Detroit, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Travertine): made to order, 9–10 weeks in production.
- Faux beams and mantels: made to order, 4–5 weeks in production.

## Shipping (United States)

- $12.95 on orders under $60; $19.95 from $60 to $249.99.
- Free on orders of $250 or more, lower 48 states.
- Hawaii and Alaska add $125. Samples ship free everywhere.
- Faux beams ship by freight: $800, free on orders of $4,000 or more.
- US territories and military addresses: call 866-771-2345 for a quote.

## Good to know

- A panel covers roughly 7 square feet. Order enough for the whole job at once — hand-finished color varies between batches.
- Color on a screen is a guide, not a match. Order a sample.
- Special-order items (concrete panels, beams, mantels) are final sale.
